Centerview

(Irvine, CA)

Twin 12-story towers in the Airport Area of Irvine, CA, Centerview represents 600,000 SF of premium office space with two adjacent retail pads and a large parking structure. When acquired by EMMES in 2017, the property was outdated and in need of exterior and interior renovation and rebranding. I helped EMMES rename and reposition the building into the most amenitized office property in the Airport Area. I dropped the outdated name “Main Plaza” and coined “Centerview,” a nod to being located at the center of the Irvine Concourse. Along with the new name came new outdoor work and relaxation space, revitalized lobbies, conference rooms, Tesla SuperChargers, seven new restaurants, and a place that people wanted to come to work. In the wake of the Coronavirus era, working from home became the new norm and employers and landlords were desperate to find ways to attract employees back to the office. The new outdoor spaces, amenities, programming, and modern conveniences that I branded and promoted were successful in attracting office workers. Flight to quality became the trend in 2022 and 2023 and Centerview was poised to capitalize on those eager for connection, collaboration and an inspiring workplace.

Marketing Video

I directed a short video to bring the workday experience at Centerview to life. This was used in our leasing and marketing efforts to showcase the recent renovations at the property, as well as for tenant communication during a time when many people were working from home and had not returned to the office.

701 B Street

(San Diego, CA)

An urban oasis in the heart of Downtown, San Diego. With plans to execute a multi-million dollar renovation of the lobby and common areas of this Class A office property, I was challenged to elevate and modernize the 701 B Street brand. An icon in the central business district, 701 B Street had befallen to the nickname “The Darth Vader Building” due to its black glass exterior. I developed a new logo, brand ethos, and marketing strategy to propel the building into one of the most sought after Class A office towers downtown. To complement the new brand and marketing efforts, I curated a robust tenant amenity program that included seasonal and tenant appreciation events, negotiated discounts at local retailers, engagement programs, and communication and retention strategies.

1674 Broadway

(New York, NY)

Located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan, 1674 Broadway is just blocks from Times Square, Central Park, and Columbus Circle. EMMES completed a multi-million dollar renovation on the 1920s office building, complete with an Art Deco inspired canopy entrance and lobby. The building was in need of rehabilitation and rebranding. The building facade was renovated, and I developed a new brand for this iconic corner address. Boutique 5,700 SF floor plates give each tenant privacy and the opportunity to brand their space. I created a new logo, website listing, broker email blasts, brochures, and hosted events.
